After completing your order you should have received the link for the ebook on the website and via email. The link is valid for only 48 hrs. The ebook is in pdf format and must be saved to your computer or device after downloading. If you missed the 48 hr window you can request a new download link below.

If the problem persists, please take a screenshot and upload it below (preferred) in order for me to see the exact page that is causing difficulty. Alternately, copy the url of any web page that is related to the issue and enter it below.

If your child is having difficulty using the program or is struggling to make progress, you can request further assistance from me within reason. Please provide your child's age and gender and describe the issue in full detail. I'll do my best to provide you with additional support.

If there was no improvement with the Bedtime Hero program, you may be able to overcome the difficulties with a bit of individual support. Please describe the problem below and Dr Lauderdale will reply to you.

If, however, there was no improvement after 3 weeks and you do not want support, you may request a full refund. Please include your PayPal receipt Transaction ID and confirm that you have deleted the ebook from all devices. Please confirm that you are requesting a full or partial refund and describe the reasons for your request below. Thank you.
