After completing your order you should have received the link for the ebook on the website and via email. The link is valid for only 48 hrs. The ebook is in pdf format and must be saved to your computer or device after downloading. If you missed the 48 hr window you can request a new download link below.

If your child is having difficulty using the program or is struggling to make progress, you can request further assistance from me within reason. Please provide your child's age and gender and describe the issue in full detail. I'll do my best to provide you with additional support.

If you and your child did not receive any benefit from the Bedtime Hero program after at least two sessions, you may request a full refund below along with your explanation. Please include your PayPal receipt Transaction ID.

Please note: Only the online program is refundable ($27 USD) since the ebook cannot be returned. However, you can still use the strategies even if your child refuses to use the ebook.
